  Contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery for fresh stems or 30 days for hard goods to start your return process.

  Document the Issue

  Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the items, especially if there is damage from transit or quality concerns.

  Prepare the Package

  For non-perishable home decor, securely repackage the items in their original boxes with all included documentation and tags.

  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once we verify your request, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
